Masters Student
Biography:
Fred (they/them) is an instrument designer, programmer, audio engineer, and producer pursuing a Master of Arts in Music Technology at IDMIL. Their research interests center on creative hardware and software tools for the production and recording of mainstream music. Specific areas of interest include expressive control of modeled percussion instruments, audio as sensor data, force feedback, and embedded audio. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a minor in music from Harvard University.
