Filipe Calegário is a professor at  Centro de Informática (CIn) (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco – UFPE) collaborating with IDMIL in a research project to explore the design and evaluation of digital musical instruments. Prof Calegário is visiting the lab to work with a new Probatio prototype that will allow rapid prototyping and testing of new instruments.

This project is a fundamental block in the NSERC Discovery Grant research Responsive Devices and Systems for Expert Music Interaction.
