Post-Doctoral Researcher (alumni)
Biography:
I am currently a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research Fellow at McGill University (Canada) and Ircam (France). At McGill University, I work between the Sequence Production Lab in the Department of Psychology and Input Devices and Music Interaction Lab in the Department of Music Technology. At IRCAM, I am with the {Sound Music Movement} Interaction group. Prior to my current position, I was a research associate at Goldsmiths, University of London. I hold a PhD in Computer Science at University Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris VI) andĀ IRCAM.
Research Statement:
I am an interdisciplinary researcher investigating how machines can understand expressive human movements, how humans interact with them, and how both human and machine can collaborate in performance.
